Cheesy pasta bake

We often make this dish that is a mix between lasagna, mac and cheese and baked spaghetti.

You just combine skim ricotta and skim mozzarella with whatever spices you like. Layer homemade marinara (as mentioned in previous posts), cooked pasta of your choice and cheese mixture. Bake at 250 F for about 15 minutes.

I like mine smothered in marinara

I also enjoy any past as long as I have a heavy helping of marinara to add to the serving. Wooo for twinkies!
