I have this really helpful app on my phone called "spark recipes". It gives healthy recipes depending on your dietary needs, meal, ingredients, etc.
Today we decided to try out the Vegetarian Chili, with our own spin.
You take a can of crushed tomatoes and add kidney, pinto and black beans. We then added a can of Rotel and whole tomatoes and some chili powder. That's it!
It is very filling and packed with tons of protein.
And something I enjoy after every meal is a cup of tea. Yogi is my favorite. It's made with organic ingredients and it's a healthy alternative to coffee.
